This program will increase the attendee’s professional knowledge of the practical tools necessary to start a law practice, form partnerships and/or merge or wind down a law firm. Panelists will discuss how the NC Gen. Statutes, NC Rules of Professional Responsibilities, and NC State Bar Forms can be used to complete the tasks necessary to appropriately start, merge and wind down a law firm and in the end create a robust law practice that efficiently and effectively serves the public.
