Women within the legal profession have a multitude of opportunities, responsibilities and challenges. The rich diversity of the paths we follow makes our contributions to the North Carolina justice system and to women's leadership powerful! 

This year marks the 50th Anniversary of the NC Court of Appeals and the Superior Court and also the first year that the NCAWA conference will be held in Raleigh. Please join us this year in the capital city as we celebrate the contributions that women have made in the judiciary, politics, the law, advocacy, and academia.

The NCAWA Education Committee is excited to announce our 2017 Annual Conference will be held August 17th through August 19th, 2017 at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel in Raleigh, North Carolina. We have a great weekend planned with multiple CLE courses (including mental health and ethics) and speakers on a number of big issues arising for women in the legal profession here in North Carolina.
