You are invited to join the Women in the Profession Committee for Mentoring Diverse Attorneys:  We All Rise Together. 

The virtual panel event will take place on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from noon to 2:00 p.m.  We have arranged for an all-star panel of speakers to discuss the relationship between mentors and mentees from diverse backgrounds.  We will be addressing topics of sponsorship, diversity and building and sustaining mentoring relationships.

 

The event will open with remarks from ABA immediate past president, Paulette Brown.  The panel will be moderated by Bill Cannon.  The panel will consist of former judges Linda McGee, Linda Stephens and Wanda Bryant.  In addition, Beth Tyner Jones from Womble Bond Dickerson and Rob Harrison from Robinson Bradshaw will be participating.  All attorneys practicing in North Carolina as well as law students are invited.  In addition, out of state attorneys are welcome to join us.  Please sign up no later than February 26, 2021 at the link below.  We hope that you will join us. https://membership.ncbar.org/eventapi__router?event=a1Y3i0000067dYe
